Darkness blankets the campus and a nagging unease picks at the back of your brain. The time is at hand - you must face off against unknown opponents. Will you be victorious, or will you be vanquished? Join the game and let the fates decide.

This conspiracy of sport will be unleashed by the WSU Libraries, Computing and Telecom Services and Residence Services, giving students an opportunity to test their skills in group and individual competitions. From the novice to the experienced gamer, everyone is welcome for an enjoyable and challenging time.

Never been to the Library? There's no need to fear, those books don't bite. There will be librarians on-hand to answer any questions you might have about how to use the library. Don't worry, they're on your team. You can even check out displays of popular best-sellers or look through the DVD loan catalogue. No pressure, just feel free to explore the library while you're hanging out.

Are you new to computer gaming? Don't worry, players of all skill levels are welcome to attend.

Computer gaming is not normally permitted in university computer labs and classrooms; however, for this one special night the Libraries and CaTS are setting up a specific facility for gaming. During the rest of the quarter, students pursuing academic work have priority in the labs, so games are not allowed.

Many other fields of play will be available during Gamers Night including Guitar Hero, Chess, Dance Revolution, board games and more.
