An Emotional Support Animal (ESA) is a pet that has been prescribed by a licensed mental health or medical professional as part of a treatment program. Counseling and Wellness Services does not integrate ESA's as part of our service programs. Therefore, Counseling and Wellness Services staff are unable provide letters prescribing or recommending emotional support animals.
