Dear Colleagues,
As we conclude the last full week of classes, I want to thank you for your continued dedication to our students and their success. This is an exciting and busy time on campus — final exams begin next week, and we’ll also celebrate the achievements of our graduates with our fall commencement ceremonies. Your hard work and support make these milestones possible, and I appreciate all you do to guide students through the finish line.
Thank you for helping us end the semester strong!
Fall Semester Final Grades
Final grading opens for all full-term fall 2025 classes on Monday, December 8. While final grades are due by noon on Wednesday, December 17, we encourage faculty to submit their grades as soon as possible to ensure the Registrar’s Office has time to process grades before Winter Break, which begins on December 24.
Please log in to WINGS to verify that grades have been submitted successfully for each of your classes. Information about the current grading system and policy is available on the Grading System webpage and the registrar’s grading webpage.
End of Semester Course Evaluations – Now Open
Student course evaluations are open in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys, accessible through Pilot, through Saturday, December 6. These evaluations provide valuable feedback to help improve teaching and learning. Please encourage your students to complete their evaluations and set aside time during class for them to do so. Allowing students a few minutes ensures higher participation and meaningful input.

Wright State Online Accessibility Essentials
Wright State Online offers a compilation of resources designed to support faculty as they ensure their courses meet accessibility standards. These resources include an interactive 20-minute course and comprehensive guides.
Once faculty have completed the Accessibility in Course Design training and updated their content to reflect what they have learned, they are encouraged to submit their content for a digital accessibility review. A member of the WSO team will assess the content and provide feedback on any necessary revisions to ensure accessibility standards are met.
Learn more about Accessibility Essentials Information and review the available accessibility content in the Resource Library.
