The Vagina Monologues is an annual performance to raise awareness and funds to end violence against women and girls as part of the global activist movement, V-Day. V-Day is a catalyst that promotes creative events to increase awareness, raise money, and revitalize the spirit of existing anti-violence organizations. V-Day generates broader attention for the fight to stop violence against women and girls, including rape, battery, incest, female genital mutilation (FGM), and sex slavery. To find out more about V-Day, visit their website: www.vday.org Join our Facebook event page for the latest V-Day information! https://www.facebook.com/groups/WSUMonologues/ If you have any questions, contact the Women's Center, 775-4524. Tickets can be purchased for $5 at the Student Union Box Office, 186 Student Union, or for $10 at the door. All proceeds will benefit the Wright State University Sexual Assault Prevention & Education Fund. Seating is limited so purchase your tickets early!
