Each group will continue to follow the tasks outlined in the document "Group Work for Cycles 3-6 (PDF)." 

Session Goals

  • Share and receive feedback about high potential ideas for each strategic initiative (Task 12)
  • Link the high potential ideas to areas of strategic focus and strategic initiatives (Task 12)
  • Develop recommendations for prioritizing high potential ideas (Task 13)

The agenda includes two main activities. The first two hours will feature the Idea Marketplace (Task 12), an opportunity for each group to share its project ideas, receive feedback from other participants, and find connections with other groups. The last 1.5 hours will include self-managed group work (Task 13) in which each group should discuss the insights that have emerged and prepare to present proposals to the leadership team on July 24 (Task 14).
