Put-in-Bay Adventure Weekend

Ferry over to Lake Erie to camp on South Bass Island exploring Put-in-Bay! Camp, kayak, jet ski across open water, and wander through a butterfly exhibit during this weekend of adventure. We'll also venture to nearby Kelleys Island to hike and discover the world-famous Glacial Grooves, a geological feature carved by massive glaciers thousands of years ago. Packed with adventure, scenic views, and opportunities to connect with fellow students, this trip is the perfect way to explore Ohio's island paradise while making lasting memories. 

Cost: $200 

Cost Includes: ORC trip leaders, all equipment, meals on location, ferry ride, kayak rentals, jet ski rentals, entrance into butterfly exhibit, and transportation from WSU in a 12-passenger van. 

Activity Level: Beginner  
Remoteness Scale: Level 2, this is a front country trip.  
Physical Challenge Scale: Level 1, this trip is mild. 

Registration: Up to 8 participants. Registration required by August 29
