[OFFICIAL-L] Leadership transition in Division of Student Success

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that Tim Littell, associate vice provost for student success, has been named assistant vice president for corporate relations and university initiatives in Wright State University Advancement, effective January 16.

In his new role, Mr. Littell will coordinate and lead corporate and foundation relations efforts and manage donor relationships for the Division of Student Affairs, the University Libraries, and the College of Graduate Programs and Honors Studies. His institutional knowledge and ability to tell the Wright State story will make him a great addition to the Advancement team.

The university plans to conduct a national search to replace the associate vice provost for student success position.

During the search, Amanda Spencer, director of academic advising, will serve as the point of contact for the Division of Student Success, and Sarah McGinley, senior lecturer of English, will assist with First Year Seminars. Ms. Spencer and Ms. McGinley will also chair the university’s Retention Committee.

Sincerely,

Amy Thompson, Ph.D.
Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs
