Meet The Instructor

Dr. John Fallon has been a college communications professor for over 30 years. He has communications training from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy and the National Council for Behavioral Health, as well as the Cleveland Clinic. He has been teaching verbal conflict management and situational awareness since 2012.

This 4-part series on “Adaptive Communication Skills” is being offered through the Wright State University–Lake Campus Workforce Development Center.
