angelita_becom_small.jpgAngelita Becom is Vice President at Sibson Consulting, a division of The Segal Company.  She is a member of Sibson’s Performance and Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management Practice.  She has over fourteen years of experience and has consulted with many clients in industries from pharmaceuticals, to technology and higher education.  She works to help clients develop and implement more effective performance and rewards programs.  Past clients include Georgia Institute of Technology, Wake Forest University, Oakland University and the University of Richmond. 

Her past experience includes positions within Bank of America and Eli Lilly.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.  Angelita is located in Sibson’s Raleigh, North Carolina office.


Demi.jpgDemi Farina is an Associate Consultant at Sibson Consulting, a division of The Segal Company.  She has extensive experience in Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness.  She has consulted with clients in a variety of industries including higher education, pharmaceuticals, and nonprofits.  She works to help clients develop and implement more effective performance and rewards programs.  Past clients include Georgia Institute of Technology, West Virginia University, and University of Minnesota. 

 


Chris_Goldsmith_small.jpgChristopher Goldsmith is Vice President at Sibson Consulting and a member of the firm’s Nation Higher Education Leadership team. He has over 30 years of consulting experience in total rewards and employee benefits. He is an expert in behavioral economics and is co-leader of Sibson’s Healthy Enterprise initiative. Examples of Higher Education clients he works with include University of Missouri System, University of Arkansas System, Ball State University and Western Kentucky University. 

He has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California and has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources, Certified Compensation Professional and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist professional designations. Christopher is located in Sibson’s Cleveland, Ohio office.

 


Myrna_Hellerman_small.jpgMyrna Hellerman is Senior Vice President and Midwest Regional Leader at Sibson Consulting, a division of the Segal Company.  She consults on effective total rewards design and compensation architecture.  Prior to joining Sibson twenty years ago, Myrna was the Chief Human Resource Officer for Hyatt Corporation.  Past clients relevant to the engagement at Wright State include:  Oakland University, Western Michigan University, Loyola University Maryland, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. 

Myrna has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Master’s and PhD. from Stanford University.  Myrna is located in Sibson’s Chicago, Illinois office.

 


elyse_lyons_small.jpgElyse Lyons is a Senior Consultant at Sibson Consulting, a division of The Segal Company.  She is a member of Sibson’s Performance and Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management Practice.  She has over ten years of experience  and specializes in higher education consulting engagements. She has deep expertise in compensation system design and implementation.  Past higher education  clients include University of Delaware, Duke University, Davidson College, Xavier University, Georgetown University, Stetson University, Montclair University, and Florida State University.

Prior to joining Sibson, Elyse was a teacher and administrator in California.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Wellesley College, a Masters in French from Middlebury College, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Duke University.  Elyse is located in Sibson’s Raleigh, North Carolina office.
