FLSA New Regulations on HOLD
There has been an important federal compensation revision that Human Resources would like to bring to your attention.
Total Compensation Study
Human Resources is modernizing the compensation system for all non-bargaining staff positions to help guide our compensation strategy and updating the unclassified pay structures.
Wright State University strives to attract and retain highly qualified and productive employees through a philosophy of total compensation. Like many organizations, Wright State considers benefits (retirement, medical, tuition remission, etc.), affiliation, career and work life balance in addition to base pay as components of a total compensation package.
