Student Panel Discussion: “Experiences In An Active Learning Class”

Led by Terri Klaus, Director, CTL.  Several WSU faculty have adopted the active learning approach in their courses over the last few years. The research studies and initial reports from our own faculty boast higher grades, more engaged students, and increased retention rates. So, we thought it was time to hear from the students attending these courses. We will explore the pros, the cons, and the unexpected challenges of active learning — all through the eyes of the student.  Stay for pizza and casual conversation directly following.
