The Program Effectiveness Committee will create a process for gathering pertinent information from academic departments, academic programs, and administrative units that will be used to inform the Strategic Planning Steering Committee as it develops "The Wright Path to 2025". It will help identify how well units meet the needs of those they serve, how programs rely on each other, where efficiencies are being met, where revenues might be redirected to better align with priorities and where programs could be developed or enhanced. This committee will also create a sustainable process allowing our units to periodically assess opportunities for investments in the spirit of continual improvement.
