This weightlifting class combines the energy of group training with the focus of personal coaching. Each session includes a balanced mix of compound movements, isolation exercises, and cardio training to help participants improve strength, build muscle, and support weight management goals. Whether you’re new to lifting or have gym experience, you’ll receive personalized guidance on proper form, progression, and technique in a motivating and supportive environment.
