Invitation to Negotiate #602919 for A/V Equipment and Installation
Wright State University is currently soliciting proposals for A/V Equipment and Installation. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday December 17, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. local time at 2555 University Blvd., Fairborn, Ohio 45324.  Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by Monday, December 16, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. Only those bidders that register for and attend the pre-bid meeting will be eligible to submit a proposal. See section 6.5 in the ITN for instructions on how to register for the pre-bid meeting.

Wright State University is currently soliciting proposals from vendors that supply Head Mounted Augmented Reality Displays. Proposals will be received in the Wright State University Purchasing Office Wednesday, December 18, 2019 until 3 pm, local time.
