Vendors interested in receiving information about competitive bid opportunities are encouraged to submit information here. Submitting your information only helps ensure your company's interests are in our system in advance of bid opportunities. It does NOT register you for any bids where registration is separately required. That requirement and the process to follow will be spelled out in each bid document when it is released. If you wish to receive bid documents for a bid posted here, you must follow the information posted for that opportunity.

Wright State University is currently accepting quotes for Dining Equipment on behalf of its Auxiliary Services Department. The Procurement & Contract Services Office will hold a virtual pre-bid meeting, Monday, March 02, at 3 p.m. EST to address any questions concerning the dining equipment bid. Please email Tirzah Clements at tirzah.clements@wright.edu for RFQ documents and details regarding the virtual pre-bid meeting.
ITN #1800426 for Lawn Care Services
Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) 1800426 for Lawn Care Services has been issued on behalf of the Department of Facilities Operations. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held Friday, February 27, 2026 in the Endeavor Room of the Student Union. Please email Tirzah Clements, Buyer, at tirzah.clements@wright.edu the ITN documents.

Engineer's estimate: $2,500,000.00
Electronic bids will be received for: General Contracting (HVAC Lead) until March 10, 2026 at 2 p.m. when all electronic bids will be opened.
All Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting on February 24, 2026 at 2 p.m. in the lobby of the Neuroscience Engineering Collaboration (NEC) Building.
