Class: Circuits w/ Maggie
Time/Day: Friday 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Location: Studio C
Instructor: Maggie
Class description: Burn through full body exercises to receive an awesome strength and cardio workout. This class is a mix of everything- kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight, BOSU balls, etc.! Learn to move your body as a unit, exercise with a purpose and improve your athleticism! All fitness levels and experience are welcomed.
Registration: Closes 1 hour prior to the class. You can still arrive and register in person, however the class is subject to being full or cancelled (If no one is registered) so please register ahead of time. Click here for a Video Tutorial on how to register!
