Class Descriptions
Aqua Zumba
Aquatic exercise meets Zumba! Enjoy the benefits of aquatic exercise in this class while dancing your way to a stronger, fitter you!
Cycle Fit
Indoor fitness cycling. Rides include a variety of drills that simulate outdoor cycling. Cycle Sculpt classes incorporate body sculpting and toning exercises.
Core Flow
(New!) This fusion class combines elements of yoga, Pilates and body weight strength training in a workout that will improve muscular fitness, flexibility and mind-body awareness. Class emphasizes strengthening the core (abdominals/ trunk, hips and back) muscles and stretching commonly tight muscles.
Gentle Yoga
A regular yoga practice is a great way to teach the body to relax and cope with daily stressors. Yoga is also a great way to promote total body flexibility and muscular fitness. Our gentle yoga class is suitable for participants who are new to yoga and for those who enjoy a gentle restorative yoga practice.
Pilates
Based on Joseph Pilates’ principles of 'contrology,' you’ll develop a stronger core(abdominal muscles, spine, hips and glutes) and greater flexibility in this class.
TRX Suspension Training
Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training is a system that leverages your own body weight against gravity to create a comprehensive total body workout. Using the TRX suspension trainer, you will develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all in one workout. In this class, your body is the machine!
Yoga
Dynamic workout through which you will gain flexibility, strength, and balance. This class will lead you through various standing, seated, forward bending, and balancing poses. Rejuvenate yourself and share the experience of this moving meditation. Suitable for everyone!
Yoga Sculpt
This yoga-based format incorporates weights and traditional strength training exercises to deliver a workout that will improve body composition, muscular fitness, flexibility and mind-body balance.
Zumba
Fitness class inspired by Latin Dance. You’ll move to hypnotic musical rhythms while learning fun dance moves. Plus, you’ll get a fantastic workout! This class is fun and easy to do! Zumba Tone classes incorporate toning exercises into the workout.
