Shepard
Family Endowed Scholarship
The Shepard Family Scholarship was established to provide recognition and support for a first year student who demonstrates strong leadership potential as a student employee for the Student Union & Event Services or Campus Recreation. Created through a gift from Alumni Bill and Cyndi Shepard, the fund is their way of showing appreciation for the impact that Wright State University and the Student Union have had on their lives. During Bill's 23 year tenure with the Student Union he enjoyed nothing more than giving student staff opportunities to test and grow their leadership capabilities. The Shepard Family Scholarship is for those who embrace the opportunities that are laid before them.
Morris Family Scholarship
Recognizing the need for scholarship support for continuing students at the university, the Morris Family Scholarship was established to assist a SUES/CREC student who has achieved sophomore status and has maintained a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. Like other scholarship recipients, this individual will have contributed to SUES/CREC volunteer programs and services while working as a student employee.
