Application
The Student
Union scholarship
application is composed of five parts:
- Typed application/nomination form - [ Download (pdf) ][ Word Document]
- Typed essay - detailing contributions to
their office as well as their future aspirations (one typed
page, no more than 1000 words).
- Typed cover letter and resume
- Two recommendations - one must be completed
by your immediate supervisor and one by someone
who knows your work. Applicant must provide form

- Optional peer nominations - must complete
same forms as applicant, excluding resume and cover
letter. Applicant responsible for providing photocopies
of forms to his/her peer. [ Download

After printing
and completing this form make sure to keep a copy
and then submit it. Make sure to send your typed essay,
resume and cover letter in a sealed envelope to the
Scholarship Selection Committee, c/o Sheila Nahrgang, WSU
Student Union, 186 Student Union, 3640 Colonel Glenn Highway,
Dayton, OH, 45435.
