As a way to continue that spirit of performance and to assist in lifelong learning, Wright State offers a semi-annual Staff Development Day. At this event, staff are invited to attend a keynote address and breakout sessions on a variety of relevant topics. "This One's for U" will offer sessions on wellness topics to help staff increase the quality of life at home, at work and at play.
