WKEF: Wright State University online graduate programs ranked among best nationally

According to U.S. News & World Report, Wright State University's online graduate programs in engineering, business, and nursing are among the best in the country for 2023.

Instructor engagement with students, student excellence, student services and technology, expert opinion, and faculty credentials and training are used to determine rankings.

Scores were calculated using data from a statistical survey conducted by U.S. News and data collected in a separate peer reputation survey.

The Master of Science in Industrial and Human Factors Engineering program at Wright State University is ranked 42nd in the country. The program, which is offered by the College of Engineering and Computer Science, is ranked third in Ohio, trailing only Ohio University and the University of Toledo.

Industrial and systems engineers are involved in almost every aspect of business, from product design to marketing, through the creative application of mathematics, science, business, and human factors skills. They analyze, improve, and create more efficient complex systems in manufacturing, health care, supply chain, and other areas, while keeping the role of humans in mind.

The faculty in the Master of Science in Industrial and Human Factors Engineering program is committed to student success and is available evenings and weekends to answer questions and provide answers in less than 24 hours. Each semester, new lecture videos are created to provide a rich student experience.
