SOCHE's Student Research Program provides research internships for undergraduate and graduate science and engineering students. Students work at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base at either the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) or the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate at the Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL).

To be eligible for employment with the Student Research Program, you must be :
a U.S. citizen
a sophomore through Ph.D. student
a degree-seeking STEM student in good academic standing
able to work year-round, part-time during the academic year
