Facilities Projects ~ Wright Way Policy Forms

Wright State University defines a capital project as the constructing, renovating, updating, or changing of physical features of the interior and/or exterior on university property.  It is the policy of Wright State University that capital projects be approved by the university Provost and completed in accordance with all applicable state laws and building codes and will align with the university's mission.

The following forms are to be downloaded and used for all Facilities Projects in accordance with Wright Way Policy 5410
Project Initiation Form - Fill out and send to Kathy Warden, 386 University Hall (937) 775-2587
Roles and Responsibilities - This outlines the Roles and Responsibilities of the project sponsor, project liaison, FPD staff, and E&C staff for capital projects.
Process Maps - These outline the process of each capital project.
