  • Carrillon Historical Park
    Carillon Historical Park's mission is to celebrate and preserve the history of the Miami Valley and illustrate how it leads to the future.

  • Dayton Art Institute

    In the world of theatre, the term special effects usually brings to mind those things that "wow" you, or move you in a special way. Opera can also "wow" you with its own special effects - moods or themes that have a special effect on you, whether it grips you with emotion, makes you laugh or cry, or perhaps even makes you smarter.

         This is Aviation Phychology Symposium Chair Dick Jensen's website. Find

         information about The Flying J Farm whose motto is "Restoring the Land, The

         Buildings, and The People."

         The Loft is home to the Human Race Theatre Company, which provides

         audiences with award winning, cutting edge drama, American classics,

         and regional and world premieres.


  • National Aviation Hall of Fame
    The National Aviation Hall of Fame (NAHF) nominates and enshrines individuals in recognition of achievement in the development of aviation.
  • Nutter Center
    Ohio's premier spot for sports, concerts and family events.
  • Paul Laurence Dunbar House
    This Italianate turn-of-the-century structure was the final home of the poet Paul Laurence Dunbar and exhibits his literary treasures, many of his personal items and his family's furnishings.

  • The Oregon Historic District
    The Oregon District is an historic neighborhood located near downtown Dayton, Ohio. Dating back to 1829, Oregon is Dayton's oldest neighborhood, and its first designated historic district.

  • Riverscape
    Visit Riverscape, home to a full range of activities including major community festivals, senior fitness programs and twilight bike rides along the river corridor hike/bike trails.

  • US Air Force Museum
    With over 300 airplanes and missles on display, you could spend a whole week touring this museum.  From the Early Years Collection (1909 Wright Flyer) to the Presidential Hanger (Past Air Force Ones) to Space Flight (Mercury and Gemini Spacecraft) there are plenty of choices for everyone.  Don't forget to check out IMAX, the 6-story tall, surround sound movie-viewing experience.

  • Victoria Theatre Association

  • Wright Brothers' Cycle Shop
    Visit Orville and Wilbur's print shop building, the Wright Cycle Company building, the Huffman Prarie Flying Field, and the 1905 Wright Flyer III, hosted by the National Park Service's National Historical Park.  While you are there check out the Paul Laurence Dunbar State Memorial, a site dedicated to the talented and prolific writer.

  • Wright State University Libraries
    The Wright Brothers Collection, housed in Special Collections and Archives in the Paul Laurence Dunbar Library comprises over 6,000 items including technical books, journals, pamaphlets and over 4,000 photographs documenting the invention of flight, the aviation careers of the Wright Brothers, and their family life.
  • Yellow Springs
    Voted one of Buget Travel's 10 Coolest Small Towns, Yellow Springs is far from the monotony of chain stores and restaurants. Experience something special, with over 60 shops and galleries, bike trails, and various locations for hiking! Also, stop by Young's Jersey Dairy for some family fun and delicious ice cream!
