The Public Safety Service Center is the University’s centralized call center for all emergency and non-emergency incidents. In addition to being a public safety answering point (PSAP) for the university, the Public Safety Service Center is responsible for Customer Care duties, alarm monitoring, contractor key sign-outs, lost and found, police records, and university work orders.
