Homecoming Chili Cook-off! Enter to win cool trophies
This year is the 7th annual Chili Cookoff at the Homecoming festival! Enter your award winning chili to compete for BraggingWrights as the best chili in Raider Country! Follow this link to register your chili:https://orgsync.com/1148/forms/75712The rules are simple - We can't wait to taste your best recipe:• The Chili Cook Off will be held during the Homecoming Tent City Party Saturday, October 12th at Rinzler Student Athletic Complex 3:30pm – game time.
• Chili is defined as any kind of spicy, stew-like dish cooked with chili peppers, meat (optional), and/or beans (optional). Various other spices and ingredients may be added with the exception of rice or pasta.
• Beans may be used in your chili; however you must indicate its inclusion in the name.
• Chili must be cooked before arriving at the event. Check-in and set-up for the event will start at 2:30pm and should be ready for judging at 4:00pm
• Please provide plenty of chili for judging, friends, and spectators to sample (we suggest 2 Crockpots). Sample cups and spoons will be provided.
• Please decorate your table with WSU pride and in the chili spirit. Decorations will be judged for a prize.
• Participants are responsible for cleaning their area after the event.“Best Chili” will be judged on the following criteria:Flavor, texture/consistency, aroma, appearance and presentation of the dish.“Best Presentation” rules:
The purpose of this award is to allow other members of your organization or department that aren’t actually cooking to participate in the Chili Cook Off.
Participants will be given one 6-foot table in which to present their chili and may decorate their tables as they wish.
Decorations must be removed at the end of the event.

Fall Fest is back! Join the Wright State community for food, games, and entertainment as we celebrate the new school year. Fall Fest is equally fun for students, faculty and staff, with student organizations, campus departments, and vendors, all in a lively environment of non-stop fun. This is a great opportunity to find out more about student organizations, the services campus departments offer, and the educational opportunities available at Wright State, as well as information about the Fairborn, Beavercreek, and greater Dayton areas. Fall Fest is brought to you by the Office of Student Activities and the University Activities Board.
