Homecoming Week
September 26—October 3, 2020

The Wright State Alumni Association invites you to join us for Homecoming Week 2020. Due to the ongoing safety concerns of COVID-19, all alumni and friends are invited to celebrate with virtual Homecoming events this year. Homecoming is about connections—to one another and to our alma mater, and this year's virtual events are a chance to keep our Raider spirit alive.

 

TUESDAY, SEPT. 29

Virtual Town Hall meeting with President Edwards

Please join President Sue Edwards and your fellow Wright State alumni for a Virtual Town Hall via videoconference on Tuesday, September 29, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. This virtual town hall is your opportunity to speak with the president in an open forum with fellow alumni to learn about Wright State’s response to COVID-19, as well as the impact the pandemic is having on the university’s long-term goals.

Virtual Alumni Speaker Series: Eddie McClintock '91

Join the Wright State Alumni Association for the first installment of the 2020 Alumni Speaker Series, featuring alumnus and actor Eddie McClintock '91. McClintock graduated from Wright State in 1991 with a communications degree.  McClintock will talk about his Wright State experience and how it shaped him and his career and will answer questions from the audience.

Wright Day to Give
All day

Our fourth annual Wright Day to Give will kick off on October 1, Wright State's founder's day! Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference. Let’s make an impact for all Raiders.

Join us for a FREE virtual mixology class! Dayton local Brian Petro from Smart Guy in a Tie Cocktails will be live to show us how to make some amazing happy hour cocktails! Recipes and ingredient list will be emailed out ahead of time, along with the virtual link to join, so you can make the cocktails along with us!

Trivia Night

Join us for an annual favorite, Homecoming Trivia Night and test your trivia knowledge against hundreds of fellow alumni, faculty, staff, and students. Hosted virtually this year by the College of Education & Human Services, this team-based trivia night will be a great time for everyone. Proceeds go to support student scholarships.

Drive-In Movie Night
7:30 p.m. arrival, movie starts at 8:00 p.m.

FREE, open to everyone

Join us for a drive-in movie night in Lot 4 on campus! We'll feature the recent film Bad Boys For Life. Drive in to Lot 4 to enjoy a "drive-in" movie, socially distant, of course! This event is presented by the Wright State Alumni Association, University Activities Board, and the '67 Society.
