The UCIE Student Connection - April 5th, 2017

Based on the recent Executive Order, we are recommending that all international students reconsider any travel plans abroad during the Spring/Summer semesters 2017. Although this Executive Order does not apply to all countries, there is significant confusion at US Ports of Entry and we do not want our students to be negatively affected by this ban. If you still need to travel abroad, please email or contact Jonathon Henderson at (937) 775-3291.
Check the UCIE website for additional information and updates on the Executive Order and Travel Advisory at

Summer Health Insurance Waiver

Students who are travelling to their home countries this entire summer 2016 semester and students who are graduating and going on OPT this spring might be entitled for their summer health insurance waiver (subject to approval). Students are required to produce their complete flight itinerary details in case of travelling.

Please go to the UCIE frontdesk or visit  for Summer Insurance Waiver Form
