AY 2014-15 Activity Summary

Due to the drafting & implementation of the University Mission Driven Allocation Budget Model (MDA) the committee chose to forgo the standard budget review.  The committee chose to spend its efforts in reviewing the proposed MDA model and submitting feedback & suggestions to the University Administration regarding areas of concern.

The committee formally met twice during Fall Semester and submitted a resolution to the Faculty Senate titled "Maintaing the Quality of Academic Programs in the Mission Driven Allocation Budget Model". (see additional files section)

In Spring Semester the committee developed a listing of academic service units for MDA review and met with Dr. Polotajko, VP for Fiscal Affairs, to review & discuss the proposed 2015-16 budget.
