If you have been exhibiting 4 or more of these symptoms, you may want to find someone to talk to about the possibility of that you are experiencing a significant stress reaction to a trauma.

If you or someone you know has frequent thoughts of death or suicide, seek professional help immediately.

Remember, a high score on this questionnaire does not necessarily mean you have a posttraumatic stress disorder--only an evaluation by an experienced clinician can make this determination.
