Student Insurance

Health Insurance may be purchased if you are registered for six or more credit hours. All claims are turned in to Student Health Services, 051 Student Union. Questions regarding insurance should be directed to Joyce Smith (937-775-2553) or Nancy Caupp (937-775-2331).

Medical Records

A complete medical history is required on all residential and international students. Confidential medical files are kept on all students who visit Student Health Services.
