Peer Mentor Gayathri

Biography:

Hello Everyone, I am Gayathri currently pursuing my master in Physiology and Neuroscience. I am a person who loves meeting new people and learning from different cultures. I enjoy helping others feel welcome and supported, especially international students adjusting to a new environment. I love WSU, how it encourages students to grow, explore opportunities, and connect beyond the classroom. As a peer mentor, I want to share my experiences and guide students through both academic and cultural challenges. I’m excited to connect, listen, and make a positive difference for others at Wright State.

Biography:

Rahul is a Bachelor’s student in Accountancy and Finance with a strong passion for leadership, growth, and new experiences. Known for his enthusiastic and proactive mindset, he is always eager to explore opportunities that challenge him and expand his perspective.

He currently serves as the CEO of Reyrey Café (2025–2026) and Treasurer of the Nepalese Student Association (2025–2027), where he plays a key role in leadership, financial management, and community engagement on campus.

Outside of academics and leadership, Rahul enjoys outdoor adventures especially, climbing which reflects his love for challenge, resilience, and exploration.

Rithika Narendran

Biography:

Rithika Narendran is a graduate student pursuing a master's degree in computer science, with research interests in Machine Learning. In addition to serving as a Graduate Student Ambassador, she holds a video production role at CaTS and shoots live events for ESPN+ at Wright State University. She has also worked as an intern at the Indian Space Research Organization. Rithika has hosted TEDx events and held several leadership positions within the Department of Computer Science during her undergraduate studies. She is passionate about learning and teaching. Beyond academics, she enjoys coding, reading and exploring her creative side through crafts.
 
Chandana Inole Reddy

Biography:

Chandana Reddy Inole is a graduate student pursuing an M.S. in Computer Engineering at Wright State University. She currently serves as a CRLA-certified Math Tutor and Supplemental Instruction Leader, providing one-on-one and small-group tutoring in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, and Statistics to support students from diverse academic backgrounds. She also works as a Ticket Taker at the Nutter Center, where she contributes to a welcoming and well-organized experience for campus and community events through professionalism, clear communication, and attention to safety. Known for her approachable nature and strong communication skills, Chandana is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive campus environment. Outside of her academic and professional responsibilities, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places and cultures. She is enthusiastic about serving as a Graduate Student Ambassador and supporting the success of the Wright State graduate community.

What are your hobbies and how are you involved on campus? I enjoy helping others, staying active at the campus gym, studying, and exploring resources at the library, and participating in international student associations. I’m also involved in activities related to nursing, healthcare awareness, and peer mentoring.

Describe your personality? I am empathetic, steadfast, and fiercely dedicated to making a difference. I stay calm in challenges, listen deeply, and turn every obstacle into an opportunity to learn and grow. I inspire trust, lift others with encouragement, and lead with quiet strength and compassion.

What are you passionate about? I’m passionate about patient care, nursing education, and leaving a lasting positive impact on the lives I touch. I thrive on learning, empowering others, and applying my skills to real-world healthcare challenges.

What are you looking forward to most in mentoring students? I’m excited to support all new students as they navigate the challenges of college life. What are your hobbies and how are you involved on campus? Some of my favorite hobbies are playing volleyball and soccer, listening to music, and spending time with the people I love. Wright State offers many different ways to be involved, on campus, I’m involved in the Amigos Latinos Student Association, where I like staying connected and engaged with others.

Describe your personality? I’m a really outgoing, easy-to-talk-to person who loves making new friends and genuinely listening when people share what’s on their mind. I care a lot about building real connections, helping others feel understood, and giving honest advice that lifts people up and makes them feel good about themselves.

What are you passionate about? I'm really passionate about my friends, my family, and helping others grow, especially here on campus, because I know it can be tough to find where you fit in. I believe in growth mindset and I'm passionate about making sure others feel good about themselves, so we can all grow and succeed together.

What are you looking forward to most in mentoring students? I'm really excited to meet new students, hear their stories, and make them feel welcome here at home at Wright State. I want to give tips, answer questions, and help them feel less stressed about college. I also want to be someone they can trust and feel comfortable reaching out to, being a person they know they can talk to and be honest with while figuring out campus life.

Biography:

Responsible for overseeing operations at James Investment Research, she focuses on the improvement of business efficiency to help secure longevity, sustainability, and financial success while expanding available services. Improving practices and providing excellent and expedient client service is one of her top priorities. She implements and oversees compliance for all federal securities rules and regulations creating internal practices to promote the highest ethical standards for serving and managing assets. Lesley holds a series 7, 24, 66 and 99 securities registrations; is a chartered mutual fund counselor; an investment advisor certified compliance professional. She earned her B.S. in business/finance from Wright State University and an M.B.A. finance and management, innovation and change from Wright State University.
