WSU Alert, Wright State's emergency notification system, utilizes Rave Mobile Safety for alert text, voice, and email messages to the university community. For security purposes, your WSU Alert account authentication and access is through WINGS Express. Also, CaTS uploads your basic information (name and WSU email address) to Rave on a daily basis.

1. Accessing Your WSU Alert Account

  • Sign in to WINGS Express.
  • Click on the "Personal Information" tab.
  • Click on the "Manage WSU Alert - Emergency Notifications" link.

If you have problems accessing WINGS or WINGS Express, please contact the Help Desk at (937) 775-4827 for assistance.

2. Choosing a Campus

You are in WING Express.  The choices you make on this page are managed by CaTS.

3. My Account Overview

When you clicked the Save & Continue button on the WINGS Express, WSU Alert – Emergency Notification page, a new page opened at the Rave Alert website.  Except for your official @wright.edu email address, the phone numbers and email addresses you enter are managed by Rave Mobile Safety.
