Course emphasizes key elements of marketing and their importance to organizations including both processes and outcomes. Students will demonstrate an understanding of: The strategic role of marketing organizations, including the key role of a marketing plan in the firm,key strategic issues such as market segmentation, product and brand equity pricing, service satisfaction, and customer-centric focus.
