Campus Scholarship and Innovation Campaign (CSIC)

Campus Scholarship Innovation Campaign (CSIC): 40 years in the making

The Campus Scholarship and Innovation Campaign (CSIC) began in 1978 when Millie Waddell, one of Wright State’s first employees, organized the university’s first employee giving effort. 40 years later, we continue to see the impact that first employee giving campaign had.  Mille recognized that even in hard times such as these, the greatest asset we have in supporting our students is each other, the faculty and staff that keep Wright State thriving.

Your participation makes a powerful impact on more than 17,000 Wright State students and our educational mission. When you participate, you make a powerful statement of our shared commitment to the University, one that sets an amazing example to alumni, friends, and the local community.

Flight crew

During the 2018 cycle of CSIC, we’d like to introduce a new program for faculty/staff/retiree donors—The Flight Crew. We are a group of like-minded individuals who support and want to see Wright State students succeed. Joining the Flight Crew is a way for you, as an employee, to invest in the area of Wright State that means the most to you.

When you make your donation to CSIC this spring, or at any other time throughout the calendar year, you become an inaugural member of The Flight Crew.

Join the crew by making your donation today.

I chose to attend Wright State because it honestly offered me the whole package.

I am so grateful…for scholarships and resources that help Wright State students not only achieve their career goals, but also help us discover our passions.

Daniel ’20

I chose Wright State for three major reasons… [one of which is that] it will give me a way to give back to the community that has helped me grow so greatly.
