CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) Information:
Just a few years ago the American Heart Association said it was acceptable for bystanders to do CPR without the “mouth-to-mouth” part. The American Red Cross says traditional CPR is better, but compressions without mouth-to-mouth "is an acceptable alternative for those who are unwilling, unable, or not trained to perform full CPR."

Compressions-Only, or Hands-Only CPR is better than none!  Always remember to call 911 first.

Please check out the new video from the American Red Cross.
