The Wright Search for Students and Alumni

What Is It?

A free service connecting WSU students and alumni with employers for

  • Student Employment (viewable by guest users)
  • Graduate Assistantships for Wright State Grad Students only (viewable by guest users)
  • Co-ops and internships (viewable by enrolled and eligible students);
  • Career Employment (viewable by enrolled alumni, and enrolled and eligible students).
  • Career Services Event Information and Registration (available through your personal account).
  • On-Campus Interviewing (available as Schedules in your personal account).

Pick Your Link to The Wright Search

Option 1 only for Student Employment and Graduate Assistantship Job Search

  1. Use the Student Jobs and Grad Assistantships link to enter The Wright Search as a Guest User.
  2. Once inside The Wright Search, select the Jobs link on the page menu to find Student Employment (SE) jobs.
  3. On the Search page, in the Position Type selection box, find and select the job types that fit you: Off-Campus Regular, Off-Campus Work Study, On-Campus Regular, On-Campus Work Study, or Graduate Assistantships.


Option 2 for Setting up Your Account for the First Time as an Enrolled and Eligible User

For use when seeking co-ops, internships, and career employment. Review instructions and user orientation, then set up account.


Option 3 for Already Enrolled Users: renew résumé, check referral activity, update profile, review job postings, sign up for interviews, search employer contacts, register for events

Co-op and Internship Student Records in The Wright Search

All students planning a co-op or internship must enroll in The Wright Search, where their progress through the program will be recorded. Students interested in co-op and internship must meet co-op and internship eligibility requirements to participate in The Wright Search.
