Disbursement Dates

For a given term, funds are applied directly to the student’s account no sooner than the disbursement dates listed below. Students must also meet other eligibility requirements for their aid to pay to their student account. Please visit the Scholarships, Grants, and Loans pages for additional eligibility requirements. If the student’s account is paid in full and financial aid funds remain, the Office of the Bursar will issue the remaining funds to the student in the form of a refund.

NOTE: For students attending all B term or flex term courses with a start date that occurs after the dates above, your federal student aid can disburse no sooner than ten (10) days prior to your earliest start date for the term. Visit our Receiving Your Aid page for more information.
