Safety Alerts:

Safety Information Notices are posted by the University Police to Department to provide helpful information to University students, faculty and staff.

  • Text Message Alert System

Students, faculty, and staff can sign up to be sent emergency text messages. Be advised that your service provider may charge a small fee when WSU sends you a text message to your PDA or cell phone. NOTE: Do not consider text messages as your primary source of emergency notifications. Text messaging has proven to be unreliable, especially during emergencies when the number of messages sent can overload a carrier's system.

To sign up for the emergency text message service, modify your account information, or cancel the emergency text message service, please visit Wright State University's Emergency Management website by clicking here.

Please be advised that your service provider may apply a standard text message fee when you receive an emergency alert.
