What are your hobbies/involvement on campus?
I am a Resident Assistant; this is my second year working for Residence Life and Housing to enhance residents’ academic and social lives on the Wright State campus. I’ve also been involved with the Amigos Latinos Student Association since October 2021 and the Latino Center since August 2022. I have volunteered with CJ McLin Jr Scholars Association since Fall 2021.

Describe your personality.
I am inclusive, friendly, and supportive. Unconditional communities are important to me, and a big part of that starts with including & inviting people of diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I want people to feel they belong in any and every space they’re in and support them in their goals.

What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about equity and community. I feel that while individual success is important, the impact that may have on the community’s growth is also important and that collectively, we can use our knowledge & success to uplift one another towards personal and communal advancement.

What are you looking forward to most in mentoring students this fall?
I’m looking forward to meeting new Raiders and helping them in their journey at Wright State! The path may not be linear, but having someone alongside you to provide clarity and support can help ease anxiety and confusion.
