College of Education and Human Services Homecoming Trivia Night

Join us for the third annual College of Education and Human Services Trivia Night! Open to all, this event is the College of Education and Human Services' signature homecoming event! Test your trivia skills for a chance to get your team's name on the Trivia Night Plaque—and for #braggingwrights, of course!

Register your table of 8 today for $150. Table purchase includes five rounds of trivia, appetizers, and one drink ticket for each guest. Cash bar will be available.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for $250 and includes the same table of 8 benefits in addition to sponsor recognition during the program, on the screen during one of the 5 rounds of trivia, and on the scorecards.

Raffles and special Wright State trivia questions will be aplenty!

Join CoSM for Pub Science at Homecoming 2016!

Wright State University, College of Science and Mathematics will be hosting a Pub Science event as part of our Homecoming celebrations.

Pub Science is a live—and lively—science talk held in a casual settings. There is no stuffy lecture—the speaker presents the science in lay terms and facilitates a dynamic conversation with the audience.

This Pub Science topic is Frozen Alive– cryopreservation

Presentation by David Goldstein, Ph.D.,

Professor and Chair, WSU, Department of Biological Sciences 

Preservation of biological tissues by freezing is useful in fields ranging from reproductive technology to conservation of endangered species. Learn how Dr. Goldstein’s research is yielding novel insights on how to keep tissues “Frozen Alive”
