Admissions and Advising
Students must apply for admission to the College of Science and Mathematics. Applicants must meet the following requirements: completion of at least 24 credit hours with a minimum GPA of 2.0 overall, and completion of at least two courses in the College of Science and Mathematics (or transfer equivalents) with minimum grades of C. Individual departments may specify more rigorous requirements, such as specific courses or higher GPAs overall or in the major.After the office of the dean reviews each student's application, the student will be assigned an advisor in the appropriate department who will help the student develop a program of study.
