A big congratulations is in order for the graduating Class of 2019. Students at Wright State University cross the stage to receive there diploma's Saturday.

Wright State University held there spring commencement ceremony at the Nutter Center Saturday morning with President Cheryl Schrader addressing the students on their achievements and future endeavors.

"Class of 2019, each of you has left your own unique mark on our Wright State family and community," said Schrader to the graduates.

The great grandniece of Wilbur and Orville Wright, Amanda Wright Lane, also received an honorary Doctorate during the commencement.

Wright Lane is the fourth member of the Wright Family to receive an honorary degree from the University.

"I’m extremely proud to be able to share the Wrights’ legacy with people from around the nation and around the world, but also to share Dayton’s legacy — because I’m not sure that the Wrights could have done what they did if they hadn’t grown up in Dayton, Ohio,” said Wright Lane.
