The Wright State campus community is whole again, at least for the time being, but students say there is still work to be done.

"We might have made the first tiny step towards progress and fixing our university, but we still have so much work to do," says student Crystal Lafrance.

Professors returning to the classroom are scrambling to get caught up, with many of their students left wondering where their money went this semester.

“We had tremendous student support,” says Associate Professor of Economics Siri Sheneidu. “And of course, in any conflict, there are going to be different sides.”

Student body president Daniel Palmer says the divide between students faculty and administration is at an all-time high.

"We can't continue to be a siloed institution. We really do need to make sure we come together and start to mesh again,” he said.

It just so happens to be the start of Wright State week on campus. Palmer hopes the activities will bring everyone back together, but he's got ideas of his own.

"We are going to challenge everyone involved to a dance off. All of the money raised will be donated in the provost’s name, who is battling breast cancer," he said.
