Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are the orientation fees?

There is a one-time $25 fee that covers program costs, as well as all materials you will receive throughout orientation.

  • How do I pay my orientation fee?

Your orientation confirmation email contained a personalized, secure link to pay your fee online. Please ensure you are using one of the following browsers to view your personalized payment link:

    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox

You can also have your $25 orientation fee deferred and added to you fall bill.  You must send an email request to orientation@wright.edu and include your name, UID, and the orientation date for which you've registered.

  • Is the personalized link that I receive in my email secure?

Wright State’s TouchNet payment gateway is PCI compliant and secure. If using the Safari browser, you might get a message stating that this is not a secure site. This is because your personal computer is not updated with the latest Safari SSL certificate. If you get this message:

    1. Use another browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer or Edge.
    2. Or update your personal computer with the latest Safari browser root certificate.
  • What if I am unable to pay my orientation fee online?

If you cannot pay online, you can pay with a check, cash, or money order made payable to Wright State University. Please include the student’s name, UID number, and reason for payment (i.e. student orientation fee), on a separate piece of paper so funds can be credited to the appropriate student.
