CaTS offers examination scanning and reporting for OMR bubble sheet forms. Our scanning software, REMARK, offers several features including variable weighting, calculation of extra credit, and the ability to select multiple correct responses. REMARK provides both paper and online reporting for our Blue and Green ScanTron Exam forms, as well as Exam System II full and half sheets. Results may be exported for use in other products. REMARK does not require the costly “Header Sheet”, which will save your department money. CaTS is working to provide an upload into Pilot in the near future.
If you are interested in trying REMARK, send an email to scanning@wright.edu and we will provide you with examples. Scanning Services offers an after-hours drop box for faculty members needing to drop off exams after 5 p.m. For more information, see the Drop Box Information Flyer (PDF).

Request to Scan Evaluations
All faculty evaluations are now completed through Pilot. The Request to Scan Evaluations form allows you to select the date from a drop-down calendar, click on the actual form fields and type the Course, Section, and Instructor information directly into the fields, and print a copy to submit with the evaluations. Click on the link below and enlarge the PDF file to view and type in the blank fields. Your browser may provide helpful prompts the first time you use this new form, which will make the completion even easier. Please call (937) 775-4024 if you have any questions.
