Mentorship and Leadership Opportunities

Women of Color Student Leadership

The aim of this cohort group is to provide an empowering environment where Women of Color undergraduate students interested in mentorship, leadership, and community building. The group will meet the second Friday of the month from October–April. Each selected participant will receive a scholarship of $500 for participation ($250 per semester).

Application Eligibility:

  • Undergraduate Woman of Color
  • 2.5 Grade Point Average
  • Completed Application
  • Available on Fridays from 2-4:30 p.m.

Feminist Praxis and Activism Cohort

The aim of this cohort group is to provide an empowering environment where undergraduate students interested in feminism, activism, advocacy, and leadership can work together to learn about the basics of feminist consciousness-raising, feminist ethics of care, and feminist advocacy.

The group will meet the first Friday of the month from October-April. Each selected participant will receive a scholarship of $500 for participation ($250 per semester).

Application Eligibility:

  • Undergraduate Student (inclusive of all gender identities)
  • 2.5 Grade Point Average
  • Completed Application
  • Available on Fridays from 2-4:30 p.m.

Women Students in Science Technology Engineering Mathematics Medicine (STEMM)

The aim of this cohort group is to provide an empowering environment for undergraduate women in the STEMM fields. This group will have opportunities to meet experts in their desired fields, gain mentorship, and develop skills that will increase persistence and retention.

The group will meet the third Friday of the month from October–April. Each selected participant will receive a scholarship of $500 for participation ($250 per semester).

Application Eligibility:

  • Undergraduate Student in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Pre-Med
  • 2.5 Grade Point Average
  • Completed Application
  • Available on Fridays from 2-4:30 p.m.
