Overview

The New Employee Welcome Center is your go-to resource as you get started at Wright State University.

We think working at Wright State is GREAT!  We’re excited that you’re here and we want you to get off to the “Wright” start.  Learn about things you need to do prior to your start date and what you can expect on your first day of work and beyond.  Explore links to helpful websites and resources, and find out about employee benefits and professional development opportunities at WSU.

New Employee Orientation sessions are held the first and third Monday of each month. When a Monday falls on a holiday, it will be held on the next day (Tuesday).

Orientations are half day sessions that cover WSU's vision, values and benefit information as well as general information about services that the university offers its employees. Orientation is an integral step in your onboarding to WSU, therefore, it is required of all benefit-eligible employees. Please attend the first available orientation on or after their first day of employment.

Attendance requires registration 3 business days prior to orientation.
