If You Have Been Exposed to COVID-19
The university is following CDC, state, and local health department guidelines.
If you've been exposed to COVID-19 and your vaccine is up-to-date
If you have been boosted, completed the primary series of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine within the last six months, or completed the primary series of J&J within the last two months:
You do NOT need to quarantine after contact with someone who had COVID-19 unless you have symptoms. Wear a mask around others for 10 days. If possible, get tested on the fifth day after exposure.
If you develop symptoms, get a test and stay home.

If you've been exposed to COVID-19 and you are not vaccinated or your vaccines are not up-to-date
If you are not vaccinated, completed the primary series of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine over 6 months ago and are not boosted, or completed the primary series of J&J over 2 months ago and are not boosted:
Quarantine at home for five days. After that, continue to wear a mask around others for five additional days. If you are unable to stay home, you must wear a mask for 10 days. If possible, get tested on the fifth day after exposure.
If you develop symptoms, get a test and stay home.
