Japanese Club

We are going to have our first movie/game night this Friday. Bring any Japanese movies that you think other people will enjoy. We will then have a vote. The top 1-2 most popular movies we will watch that night. Just make sure that:

1. It was made in Japan, has Japanese audio, and has with English subtitles

2. Appropriate for a school environment

Here are a few suggestions: Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, Yojimbo, Summer Wars, One Million Yen Girl.

Also, please bring in any Japanese card games or board games you might have. Make sure that the games:

1. Contain a majority of Japanese text, or is informative about the Japanese culture

2. Appropriate for a school environment

3. Relatively easy to understand rules

4. No video games

Or if you just want to stop by, hang out, and eat your dinner while watching a movie you are welcome to do that. Even if you couldn't make it to our first 2 meetings, you are welcome to join us.
