Wright State University Fall 2024 Career & Internship Fair
The Career Fair provides an excellent opportunity for students and alumni to connect with potential employers and explore career options. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to invest in your future!

Who can attend: All Wright State Students and Alumni -- both Dayton and Lake campuses.

What to Expect:
- Network with top employers in corporate, non-profit, and government sectors.
- Discover co-op, internship, and full-time career opportunities.
- Engage in focused conversations with employers at designated booths
To prepare for the event, we recommend that you:
- Dress for success! Professional attire is recommended for Career Fair. No shorts, no athletic wear.

- Attend a Career Fair Prep event hosted by Career Services – find the events on your Handshake Events module or on the Career Services Upcoming Events Calendar.
- Review Career Fair & Job Search Prep Tips, Videos
- Have your Resume polished and ready to go. Make copies of your resume to share with employers.
- Schedule a Resume Review appointment with your Career Services Career Consultant well in advance of the Career Fair.
- Research the companies who will be in attendance: Take some time to look into the companies that will be attending the fair. This will help you identify the ones you are most interested in and prepare talking points for your conversations. All companies who will be in attendance can be found on Handshake.

- Practice your elevator pitch.
- An elevator pitch is a brief introduction of yourself and your skills. Practice your pitch beforehand so you can deliver it confidently.
- Plan to carry professional accessories ONLY at the Career Fair. Secure your backpacks, coats, personal items in another location.
